What Baremetrics does that Paylytics does not
It has been doing this since long before Paylytics existed, and the depth shows. Recovering failed payments and surveying cancellations are products in their own right there — they are not features Paylytics has a smaller version of, they are simply not in scope here at all.
App Store Connect and Google Play are documented sources. If part of your revenue arrives through an app store, that is ground this product does not cover.
Where they differ
What Paylytics does instead
The tier you need depends on how many places you sell. Their entry plan is one integration, and unlimited integrations sits at the top tier. Paylytics is one price with no integration ceiling, and connecting a second provider changes nothing about what you pay.
Paylytics reads Polar and Dodo Payments. Their published integration guides do not.
Paylytics refuses any credential it can recognise as write-capable — a Stripe secret key is rejected on sight — and encrypts every key before it is stored. Their Stripe guide describes connecting with an API key and publishes no read-only requirement.

When to pick Baremetrics instead
If Stripe is your only provider and what you actually want is dunning, cancellation surveys or app-store revenue, Baremetrics is the better tool and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. Paylytics does none of those three things.
