Every account. One real total.

No. It only ever reads. There is no code path that creates, refunds, cancels or edits anything at any provider. Polar connects with a read-scoped organization token and Stripe with a restricted key, neither of which can move money. Dodo Payments keys are read-only when you leave "Enable write access" unchecked, but a Dodo key looks identical either way, so we tell you to uncheck it and are straight that we cannot verify it from our side.

It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is written to storage, decrypted only on the server when a sync runs, and never sent to the browser. The dashboard only ever shows the last four characters so you can tell two keys apart. Revoke it at the provider at any time and the connection simply stops working.

Their names and email addresses are encrypted before they are written, each value with its own nonce, so the database holds ciphertext rather than a readable list of the people who bought from you. Nobody reading the database directly can see who they are. Amounts, dates and statuses are not encrypted, because every total and chart is a sum the database itself computes and it cannot add up what it cannot read. The privacy page sets out exactly what that protects against and what it does not.

Paylytics shows the totals in whichever currency carries the most revenue and tells you plainly that the figures are not converted. It will not quietly add euros to dollars and present the result as one number.

Your data is mirrored into your own dashboard so that merging several accounts is instant rather than a pile of API calls on every page load. You choose when to refresh, per account or all at once, and every page tells you how long ago that was.

Only as four unattributable sums, and only once enough separate businesses are connected that no single one could be worked out by subtraction — until then that band shows either our own accounts, labelled as ours, or a sample labelled as a sample. There is no per-business row in it, nothing about your customers, and every money figure is rounded down. It is never sold or given to anyone; it is a statement about the product on the product’s own page. Ask us and your accounts are excluded from it entirely. The privacy page has the full list.

There is a free plan and it is a real one, not a trial: connect 2 accounts, read every view, no card at signup and no expiry. Connecting more than that is $10 a month for as many as you have. The only difference between the two is the number of accounts — every figure, every view and every export is on both.

There are six colours, so past six they start to repeat — which is why the account name is always printed beside its swatch rather than the colour being left to speak for itself.

The plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, then stops. Nothing is deleted and no account is disconnected: everything you connected stays connected and keeps syncing, and you simply cannot add another one beyond the free limit until you subscribe again. Cancelling is done from the billing portal, reached from inside your dashboard.
