Several Paddle accounts, one total
Paddle is the easiest provider here to read safely and the easiest to add up wrongly.
Why you end up with more than one
A separate seller account per entity, or the far more common case: a sandbox account beside the live one. Paddle keeps those completely separate, with their own keys, and both can be connected here — the key prefix says which is which.
The other case worth naming is Paddle Classic. If your account predates Paddle Billing you may have a vendor ID and an auth code rather than an API key, and that is a different product with a different API. Paddle Billing, the current v2, is what is supported.
Two Paddle accounts are the easiest pair to add up wrongly
Paddle reports more than one plausible total per transaction, and one of them is already net of Paddle's own fee. No other provider here deducts its fee before reporting, so reading that field would make a merged figure compare Paddle revenue after fees against everything else before them.
That error survives review because the resulting number is not absurd — it is a few per cent low and entirely believable. It is read from the total after discount and tax instead, which is the field that means the same thing as every other provider's revenue. The Paddle integration page names all three fields and which is which.
You will be naming these yourself
Paddle publishes no seller endpoint, so there is nothing to read an account name from. A connected Paddle account arrives under a generic placeholder and you rename it — which, with a live account and a sandbox one side by side, is what you wanted to do anyway.
It also means a Paddle account has no provider-side id recorded against it, so unlike Stripe or Polar there is nothing stopping the same seller account being connected twice by mistake. Distinct names are the only thing that will tell you.

Once they are all connected
The accounts selector is a set of tick boxes. All of them ticked is the merged view; two of six narrows every figure on the page to those two. That selection lives in the URL, so a particular slice of your Paddle accounts is a link you can send to somebody rather than a set of steps you have to describe.
Adding a different provider later changes nothing about how any of this works. Each one is normalised on the way in, so a total across all 4 of them costs what a total across one costs.
